All performances are subject to performer availability, venue suitability, and booking confirmation.
2. Booking Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking is only confirmed once:

We have confirmed availability in writing.

The required deposit has been received (where applicable).

Both parties have agreed to the event details and pricing.
3. Pricing
All pricing provided is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are valid for the period specified in the quotation and may change if event details are amended before confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for:

Travel outside our standard service areas

Accommodation where required

Extended performance times

Additional rehearsals

Special costumes or custom performance requests

Late-night performances or public holiday bookings
Any additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon before your booking is finalised.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:

Accurate event information

Safe access to the venue

Suitable changing facilities where required

A safe performance environment

Appropriate staging or performance space where applicable
The client is responsible for obtaining any venue approvals, permits, licences, or permissions required for the performance.
5. Venue Requirements
The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable for the booked entertainment.
Burlesque Showgirls Creative Entertainment reserves the right to modify or cancel a performance if the venue presents a safety risk to performers, staff, or guests.
6. Performance Content
Our performances are designed to be glamorous, theatrical, and professionally presented.
Where family-friendly or corporate-appropriate entertainment is requested, performances will be tailored accordingly.
Clients should discuss any audience requirements or content preferences before the event.
7. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change event dates, performance times, locations, or performer selections should be made as early as possible.
While we will do our best to accommodate changes, they cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Refund Policy.
9. Photography and Video
Guests are generally welcome to take photographs during performances unless otherwise advised.
Commercial photography, filming, broadcasting, or reproduction of performances requires prior written permission from Burlesque Showgirls Creative Entertainment.
We may also capture photographs or video of performances for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Performer Respect
Our performers are experienced professionals and deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, unwanted physical contact, or unsafe conduct directed towards performers or staff will not be tolerated.
If such behaviour occurs, performers reserve the right to immediately cease the performance and leave the venue. In these circumstances, refunds will not be provided.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Burlesque Showgirls Creative Entertainment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked services, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, venue closures, government restrictions, public emergencies, industrial action, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where possible, both parties will work together to reschedule the booking.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, and promotional materials, remains the property of Burlesque Showgirls Creative Entertainment unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
14. Privacy
Any personal information collected through our website or booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to respond to enquiries, manage bookings, and provide our services.
15. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where consumer guarantees apply, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
